In the morning, an exciting tug of war competition kicked off. Staff from all departments formed teams enthusiastically with high morale. During the game, participants gripped the rope firmly, leaned forward and pulled together in perfect unison. Loud cheers and battle cries echoed throughout the venue. In the afternoon, a sand table discussion on the company’s future development plan was held. Based on their respective roles and focusing on three core businesses —flexible printed electronic, flexible printed electronic and rubber and LSR products, employees discussed long term strategies, industrial layout, technological innovation, team building and capacity upgrading through sand table simulation, group discussions and brainstorming.
Combining industry trends, market demands and operational conditions, they planned industrial upgrading, proposing an intelligent R&D center for printed Ecg electrode and stretchable circuits for Stretchable Electronic Skin, a digital production base for silicone rubber products, an integrated smart factory, an industrial ecological chain, as well as supporting transportation and business facilities.
