Suzhou Menhow Concludes 2026 Annual Training on RBA VAP and Customer Standards

To deepen the understanding and application of the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) Code of Conduct and VAP (Validated Audit Process) standards, and enhance the company’s ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) management capabilities, Suzhou Menhow, a specialist manufacturer of membrane switches, flexible printed electronic、pressure sensor and silicone rubber products, liquid silicone rubber parts, held its annual training on May 13, 2026, themed Interpretation and Practical Guidelines for RBA VAP & ESG Standards.

By reviewing the evolution of RBA from EICC (Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition) to the Responsible Business Alliance, and aligning with Suzhou Menhow’s vision of “focusing on pressure sensor of touch control interfaces and precision silicone rubber products to become an industry leader”, participants quickly gained insight into RBA’s core mission of advancing social responsibility across global supply chains.

The training highlighted key updates to RBA VAP Version 8.0.2 and explored how to integrate ESG principles into daily operation. In response to customer requirements for supporting supplier management improvements, strengthening compliance risk awareness and boosting EHS collaboration efficiency, Manager Wang Hua analyzed practical implementation measures tailored to the company’s conditions, including optimizing EHS management workflows, establishing early risk warning mechanisms and enabling cross departmental coordinated responses. These translated customer requirements from written rules into actionable roadmaps.Adopting a multi faceted format combining theoretical lectures, case studies and scenario simulations, the training featured active on site discussions:

Management teams exchanged views on topics such as rolling out RBA requirements in production and management processes, and linking ESG indicators with performance appraisals, generating practical outcomes including cross departmental collaboration checklists and employee training matrices.
